Unfortunately, I have no control over the server. Thimble Media, the company currently controlling it has locked me out of managing it despite repeated pleas to the contrary.

Thimble Media has not answered repeated emails and phone calls, and I am left feeling a bit helpless. Since yesterday morning, all IR, Magnet Media, & iMP websites are generating a BAD REQUEST/INVALID HOSTNAME error, and I have no means to resolve the problem.

Truth be told, I’m frustrated as hell, but can’t sort this mess out as fast as I’d like. Please hang in there, and thanks for your patience and support.
